Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect ignition wires from spark plugs as outlined. Service and Repair

Editor Note: Although the factory procedure does not mention any components required to be removed prior to the Ignition Cables, please note that the exploded view showing the cable routing does have the intake removed. Diagrams

2. Loosen spark plugs a 1/4 turn, and using compressed air, remove any dirt or foreign material from spark plug areas of cylinder heads.
3. Remove spark plugs.
4. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
Check and adjust spark plug gap as needed.
Tighten spark plugs to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft-lbs).
