C: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid



PINPOINT TEST C: DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES 628: TORQUE CONVERTER ERROR DETECTED, 652: TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH SOLENOID CIRCUIT FAILURE AND 656: CONTINUOUS SLIP ERROR SOLENOID

This Pinpoint Test is designed to diagnose the torque converter clutch (TCC) solenoid electrical system ONLY.
To prevent replacement of good components, note that the following areas may be at fault:
- Engine Performance, cooling
- Electrical - Battery, input sensors, wiring harnesses brake switch
- Transmission Internal transmission components linkage cooling

This Pinpoint Test is designed to diagnose the following components:
- Transmission Wiring Harness, TCC, VPWR
- Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
