(KOEO) Self-Test.

Is Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 519 present? Yes -- Go to
FF8.
FF8 - Check PSPS State With KOEO vs. KOER No -- Go to
FF7.
FF7 - Check PSPS Circuits For Shorts
