X108 - Check Operation of WAC In CCRM

- Key Off.

- Breakout box installed, PCM disconnected.

- Reconnect CCRM

- A/C clutch connected.

- Key On.

- A/C demand switch to A/C On.

- Connect a jumper wire between Test Pin 69 (WAC) and Test Pin 77 (PWR GND) at the breakout box.

- Disconnect and reconnect the jumper several times while listening to the A/C clutch.

- Does the A/C clutch engage and disengage as the jumper is disconnected and reconnected?

YES -- Key Off. REPLACE PCM. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- Key Off. REPLACE CCRM. INSPECT Power-to-A/C Clutch circuit for short to ground. SERVICE as necessary. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
