Disconnect CCRM.

Key On.

Measure voltage between Pin 23 of the CCRM vehicle harness connector and the battery negative post.

Key Off.

Was voltage less than 1.0 volt? YES -- GO to
X127. X127 - Check ACCS Circuit For Short to Power NO -- SERVICE short to power. RECONNECT all components. RE-EVALUATE symptom.
