X130 - No WAC W/No DTCs: Check CCRM



- Key Off.

- Disconnect PCM.

- Install breakout box, leave PCM disconnected.

- A/C clutch and CCRM connected.

- Key On.

- A/C demand switch On.

- Connect jumper between Test Pin 69 (WAC) and Test Pin 76 (PWR GND) at the breakout box.

- Disconnect and reconnect jumper several times while listening to the A/C clutch.

- Does the A/C clutch engage and disengage as the jumper is disconnected and reconnected?

YES -- Key Off. EEC system is operating properly. If symptom is intermittent, GO to Pinpoint Test Step Z1 with the following data: WACA PID. Z1 - Intermittent Test Procedure

Otherwise, testing is complete. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. RETURN to Symptom Flowcharts to service any other symptoms. Testing and Inspection

NO -- Key Off. REPLACE CCRM. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. RE-EVALUATE symptom.
