Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Disconnect engine control sensor wiring from Heated Oxygen Sensor
(HO2S). 3.
Disconnect HO2S wiring lead from retainer on the fan shroud.
4.
Remove heated oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold using
Oxygen Sensor Wrench T94P-9472-A.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse removal procedure.
2.
Tighten HO2S to
60 Nm (44 ft lb).
