Power Steering Pressure
(PSP) sensor disconnected.

Start engine. While at idle, jumper between VREF and PSP sensor signal pins at the PSP sensor vehicle harness connector.

Does idle speed increase? Yes -- Reconnect PSP sensor. Go to DT4.
DT4 - Check PSP Sensor Operation No -- Go to DT5.
DT5 - Check Continuity of PSP Signal Circuit
