SERVICE PROCEDURE

FUEL TANK REMOVAL

^ Remove fuel tank assembly according to the procedures described in the 1995 Escort/Tracer Service Manual.

HEAT SHIELD MODIFICATION





^ Prior to installing the new fuel tank, cut the heat shield retaining tabs as shown in Figure 1.
