Low Fan Control
(LFC) relay disconnected.

Disconnect High Fan Control
(HFC) relay.

Key "ON".

Does fan continue to run? Yes -- Go to KF28.
KF28 - Check LFC Power-to-Fan Circuit For Short to Power No -- With A/C, key "OFF". Go to KF30.
KF30 - Check Dual Function A/C Pressure Switch Without A/C, replace HFC relay. Reconnect LFC relay. Re-evaluate symptom.
