LL9 Speed Sensor Output Drive Test

- Reinstall all components and remove Rotunda(r) Breakout Box 014-00322 or equivalent.

- Clear all codes. Clearing Trouble Codes

- Key OFF.

- Key ON.

- Drive vehicle and perform the following:

- Travel over a stretch of rough road at normal vehicle speed.

- Perform one hard acceleration from a stop.

- Retrieve code(s). Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

- Is Code System Pass set?

YES -- Stop. Repair is complete.

NO -- Code being serviced still exists. Go to LL8. LL8 Check If All Steps Have Been Completed

NO -- Different code is set (other than C1158, C1258 or C1233). Go to appropriate pinpoint test. Diagnostic Trouble Code Descriptions

NO -- Code being serviced still exists and anti-lock brake control module has been replaced. Go to LL10. LL10 Possible Conditions Not Checked
