Rear Wiper Switch

1. Key OFF.
2. Disconnect the rear window wiper switch connector.
3. Depress the rear window wiper switch.
4. Measure the resistance between the "BK/BL" wire terminal and the "BK" wire terminal on the rear window wiper switch.
5. Release the rear window wiper switch.
6. Measure the resistance between the "BK/BL" wire terminal and the "BK" wire terminal on the rear window wiper switch.
7. The resistance should be less than 5 ohms with the rear window wiper switch depressed, and greater than 10,000 ohms with the rear window wiper switch released.
8. If the rear window wiper switch tests OK, return to the Pinpoint Test. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
