Inner

REMOVAL
1. Remove timing belt.
2. Remove timing belt tensioner.
3. Remove oil pump sprocket.
4. Remove screw and nut securing inner timing belt cover to cylinder block.
5. Loosen stud two or three turns.
6. Remove inner timing belt cover.





INSTALLATION
1. Position inner timing belt cover on front of engine and stud.
2. Install nut and bolt and tighten to 8-12 Nm (70-106 inch. lbs.).
3. Tighten stud to 20-30 Nm (14-22 ft. lbs.).
4. Install oil pump sprocket.
5. Install timing belt tensioner. Tighten M8 bolt to 21-28 Nm (16-20 ft. lbs.) and M 10 bolts (3) to 40-55 Nm (30-40 ft. lbs.).
6. Install timing belt.
