Clutch Switch: Adjustments

Clutch Interlock Three Function Switch.:

1. Disconnect switch electrical connector.
2. Using a volt-ohmmeter, check for continuity at following switch terminals:
a. Switch terminals 5 and 6 should be open with clutch pedal released. They should show continuity within two inches of clutch pedal travel.
b. Switch terminals 3 and 4 should show continuity with clutch pedal released. They should open within two inches of clutch pedal travel.
c. Terminals 1 and 2 should be open with clutch pedal released. They should close within one inch from full clutch pedal travel.
