Ignition Coil Pack

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect engine control sensor wiring connectors from ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor.
3. Remove ignition wires by squeezing locking tabs to release ignition coil boot retainers.

Ignition Coil And Bracket:






4. Remove ignition coil retaining screws and remove ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor.

INSTALLATION
1. Install ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor and retaining screws. Tighten retaining screws to 4.5-7.0 Nm (40-61 in lb).

Ignition Wire Installation:






2. Connect ignition wires. Refer to Ignition Wire Installation image.
3. Connect engine control sensor wiring connectors to ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor.
4. Connect battery ground cable.
