Connect wiring harness I terminal, Circuit 904 (LG/R) to ground with a jumper wire.

Is indicator lamp on? YES -- Remove jumper wire. GO to E3.
E-3 Check For Poor Grounds NO -- Replace lamp or service high resistance in lamp socket or circuit 904 (LG/R).
