Drive Belt: Service and Repair
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONFig. 18 Serpentine Drive Belt Routing:
1.
Loosen adjustment and pivot bolts.
2.
Lift tensioner by rotating it counterclockwise.
3.
Remove old belts.
4.
Install new belts, ensure proper belt groove contact.
6.
Lift tensioner and slide
drive belt under tensioner. Release tensioner to rest on drive belt.
