Ignition Rotor: Testing and Inspection
Distributor Rotor:
Wipe the distributor rotor with a clean, damp cloth. Dry it with compressed air. Inspect the distributor rotor and replace it if any of the following conditions exist:
- Cracks.
- Carbon tracks.
- Burns.
- Damaged points.
- Damaged spring.
Replace the distributor rotor if it is damaged.
