EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Disconnect Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve sensor wire harness at EGR valve sensor.
3. Disconnect EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube at EGR valve and exhaust manifold.
4. Remove EGR valve tube-to-manifold connector from exhaust manifold, if required.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
2. Tighten tube to EGR valve and exhaust manifold to 34-47 N.m (25-35 lb ft).
