Cruise Control Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and ensure front wheels are pointed straight ahead.
2. Remove left and righthand driver side air bag module bolts, then lift air bag module from steering wheel. Disconnect air bag, horn and speed control switch electrical connectors.
3. Remove steering wheel bolt, then use steering wheel puller T67L-3600-A, or equivalent, to remove steering wheel.
4. Tape air bag sliding contact to steering column housing to ensure alignment, then remove four screws and steering wheel trim.
5. Remove four screws and speed control switches.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
