Expansion Block/Orifice Tube: Service and Repair

1. Discharge refrigerant from system.

2. Disconnect spring lock coupling next to fixed orifice tube.
3. Remove refrigerant line retaining nuts and bolts as necessary to permit access to open end of refrigerant line.
4. Using tool T83L-19990-A or equivalent, remove fixed orifice tube from refrigerant line.
5. Reverse procedure to install, using new O-rings.
6. Leak test, evacuate and charge system.
