Removal and Installation
1 Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove console finish panel by carefully prying up from retaining clips. Disconnect electrical connectors.
3. Remove two rubber bumpers, two screws and glove compartment from console panel.
4. Remove four mounting screws (two at front of console panel under instrument panel and two under console glove compartment).
5. Move parking brake control to upright position.
6. Move console panel up and back and disconnect console panel wiring harness connectors.
7. To install, reverse Removal procedure. If console panel is being replaced, transfer switches, cigar lighter, glove compartment door and wiring harness to new console panel.
