REMOVAL
1. Remove rear disc brake caliper assembly. If caliper assembly does not need service, do not disconnect flexible hose from caliper. Support caliper with suitable wire so flexible hose is not stretched or twisted.
2. Remove rear disc support bracket to wheel knuckle bolts, then the rear disc support bracket and brake shoes and linings.
3. Remove two nuts, then the rotor from rear hub.

INSTALLATION
1. If installing new rotor, remove protective coating from rotor with suitable brake cleaner.
2. Lubricate rear hub pilot diameter with suitable grease to ease future removal.
3. Install rotor, then the two nuts.
4. Install inner and outer brake shoes and linings in rear disc support bracket.
5. Install rear disc support bracket as follows:
a. Clean rear disc support bracket and bolt threads, then add one drop of suitable sealer to each bolt.
b. Install caliper/rear support bracket assembly to rear wheel knuckle.
6. Install inner and outer brake shoes and linings.
7. Install rear disc brake caliper.
