Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.
3. Unscrew the IAT sensor from the rear of the engine air cleaner upper cover fitting and remove sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
2. Tighten IAT sensor to 7-12 Nm (62-106 lb in).
