Additional Tightening Specifications

Upper Intake Manifold Bolts

Tighten in numerical sequence in three steps:
Step 1 ... 10 Nm (8 lb-ft)
Step 2 ... 20 Nm (15 lb-ft)
Step 3 ... 32 Nm (24 lb-ft)

Lower Intake Manifold Bolts

Fig. 4 Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence:

Tighten in numerical sequence in two steps:
Step 1 ... 5 Nm (45 lb-in)
Step 2 ... 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in)
