Air Door: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove auxiliary
A/C evaporator core.
2.
Remove the two screws retaining the vacuum control motor and remove vacuum control motor.
3.
Split the two halves of the auxiliary A/C evaporator housing.
4.
Disengage A/C evaporator case outlet door shaft from the heater air outlet door and remove door from the housing.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse Removal procedures.
