Front Climate Control Assembly (With Auxiliary A/C Heater)

The front climate control assembly is located in the center instrument panel finish panel.

The front climate control assembly has four control knobs:
- The function selector knob controls vacuum and electrical applications.
- The temperature control knob, controls the position of the A/C electronic door actuator motor.
- The heater blower motor control knob, controls the primary blower motor.
- The rear control knob, controls the auxiliary air conditioning and/or heating system.
- on early production vehicles, only the blower motor.
- on late production vehicles, both blower motor and system function.
