Driven Sprocket Support

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S) REQUIRED
Bearing Remover: T94P-77001-KH
Impact Slide Hammer: T50T-100-A
Stator and Driven Sprocket Bearing Replacer: T86P-70043-B
Driver Handle: T80T-4000-W
Puller: T58L-101-B

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove five Teflon seal rings and No. 5 thrust washer. Discard seal rings.
2. Clamp driven sprocket support vertically in a soft-jawed vise.





3. Inspect and replace driven sprocket bearing if necessary using Bearing Remover T94P-77001-KH, Impact Slide Hammer T50T-100-A and Puller T58L-101-B.

ASSEMBLY





1. If removed, press driven sprocket bearing using an arbor press, Stator and Driven Sprocket Bearing Replacer T86P-70043-B, and Driver Handle T80T-4000-W.

Seal Ring Installation:





2. Install five new Teflon seal rings on driven sprocket support.

CAUTION: Seal rings must be installed correctly.





3. Install No. 5 thrust washer to driven sprocket support. Use petroleum jelly to hold washer in place.
