Keyless Entry Transmitter Battery: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

NOTE: The keyless entry remote transmitter is powered by two coin-type 3-volt lithium batteries.

CAUTION: Do not take the front half of the keyless entry remote transmitter apart.

1. Twist a thin coin between the two halves of the keyless entry remote transmitter.






2. Carefully remove the discharged batteries.

INSTALLATION
1. Install new batteries positive side down.
2. Snap the two halves of the transmitter case back together.
