Removal and Installation

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION
2. Disconnect ignition wires from spark plugs.
3. Loosen spark plugs 1/4 turn and use compressed air to remove any dirt or foreign material from spark plug areas of cylinder heads with compressed air.
4. Remove spark plugs.

NOTE: Inspect the firing tip to determine the condition of the spark plugs.

5. To install, reverse removal procedure. Check and adjust spark plug gap. Tighten spark plugs to 13-17 N.m (9-13 lb-ft).
