Installation


INSTALLATION





1. Insert the LH TWC into the RH TWC.





2. Install the pipe clamp.
- Install the two nuts.





3. Position the RH and LH TWCs and install the four nuts.





4. Install the LH to RH TWC pipe clamp.
- Install the two nuts.





5. Install the nuts.





6. Install the transmission support crossmember.
1 Position the transmission support crossmember.
2 Install the LH and RH bolts.





7. Install the nuts.





8. Install the two screws.
9. Remove Hi-Lift Jack.





10. Connect the two HO2Ss and the two CMS electrical connectors.





11. Install the transfer case skid plate.
1 Position the transfer case skid plate.
2 Install the four bolts (two each side).
12. Install the muffler and tailpipe assembly.
