Keyless Entry Transmitter Battery: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Snap apart the transmitter case by twisting a coin between the edges of the front and rear halves.

CAUTION: Do not take the front half of the keyless entry remote transmitter apart.

2. Remove the discharged batteries.
3. Install the new batteries.

NOTE:
^ Batteries must be installed with the positive side toward the bottom of the transmitter case.
^ The remote entry transmitter is powered by two coin-type 3 volt lithium batteries.







4. Snap the two halves of the transmitter case back together.
