Without Air Conditioning

REMOVAL




1. Remove center instrument panel register.
2. Remove one screw retaining heater air plenum chamber to instrument panel reinforcement.
3. Remove one screw retaining heater air plenum chamber to windshield defroster hose nozzle.
4. Remove two screws retaining heater air plenum chamber to instrument panel. Remove heater air plenum chamber from instrument panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten instrument panel finish panel retaining screws to 0.4 N.m (3 Lb-In).
