Pinion Flange Nut, Min. [a] 190 Nm (140 ft. lbs.)
Pinion Bearing Preload-(Collapsible Spacer)
Used Bearings (With oil seal) 0.9-1.6 Nm (8-14 inch lbs.)
New Bearings 1.8-3.2 Nm (16-28 inch lbs.)

[a] Minimum torque required to tighten pinion flange nut to obtain correct pinion bearing preload. If pinion bearing preload exceeds specification before this torque is obtained, install a new collapsible spacer.
