Brake Signal: Service and Repair
REMOVAL and INSTALLATION 1.
Remove the lower steering column shroud.
2.
Disconnect the Brake ON/OFF
(BOO) switch electrical connector.
3.
Remove the BOO switch by rotating it 90° and pulling it out from the brake pedal.
4.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: To be sure that the BOO switch is securely installed, push the BOO switch until it bottoms out against the brake pedal.
