Power Steering Pressure Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the power steering pressure switch (PSP) electrical connector.
2. Remove the PSP switch.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Install a new O-ring and lubricate it with Premium Power Steering Fluid E6AZ-19582-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESW-M2C33F.

To install, reverse the removal procedure noting the following:
- Tighten the PSP switch to 17-23 Nm (12-17 ft. lbs.).
