Installation

Test B1:

1. Position radiator in vehicle.
2. Position radiator support bracket and install retaining nuts. Tighten the nuts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in).
3. Position A/C condenser core and install A/C condenser bracket. Tighten the A/C condenser bracket bolts to 5-7 Nm (45-61 inch. lbs.).
4. Position transmission oil cooler and install transmission oil cooler tube bracket. Tighten to 5-7 Nm (45-61 inch lbs.).
5. Install transmission oil cooler tube.
6. Install transaxle cooler line clips.
7. Partially lower vehicle.
8. Install transmission oil cooler tube.
9. Install transaxle cooler line clips.
10. Install A/C condenser retaining bracket. Tighten the bolts to 5-7 Nm (45-61 inch. lbs.).
11. Install radiator overflow hose. Tighten the clamps securely.
12. Install upper radiator hose.
13. Raise the vehicle.
14. Install lower radiator hose.
15. Install radiator mounting bracket assembly. Tighten l he bolts to 8-12 Nm (81-106 inch. lbs.).
16. Install radiator splash shield.
17. Lower vehicle.
18. Position constant control relay module and clip securely.
19. Install battery tray.
20. Install battery.
21. Connect battery ground cable.
22. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
23. Start engine and inspect for leaks.
