Multifunction Switch

DESCRIPTION
The multi-function switch assembly, which is mounted to the steering actuator housing, provides electrical switching for:
^ turn signal.
^ headlamp dimmer.
^ headlamp flash-to-pass.
^ hazard warning.
^ cornering lamps.
^ windshield washer/wiper.

OPERATION
The windshield washer switch, located at the end of the multi-function switch, operates as follows:
^ The ignition switch must be in the RUN position to operate washer.
^ To actuate the washer, push the end of the multi-function switch in toward the center of the steering column housing.
^ Release the multi-function switch to turn off the washer.
^ The windshield wiper blades will continue to operate briefly and then automatically return to the previous wiper speed setting (OFF, LO, HI, or INT).
^ Washer operation is available in all positions of wiper operation.
