Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the electronic door lock control system to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following mechanical or electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
- Binding front door latches.

Electrical
- Low battery charge.
- Open Fuses:
Power Distribution Box - Fuse 10 (15A);
Fuse Junction Panel - Turn (10A), Seat/Lock (20A CB), INT LPS (10A), ACC (10A).
- Loose connectors.
- Corroded connectors.

3. If the inspection reveals an obvious concern that is readily serviced, correct the concern before continuing with Inspection and Verification.
4. If the concern remains after the inspection, determine the condition and go to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
