Front

REMOVAL
1. Remove the disc brake caliper and the front disc brake rotor assembly. It is not necessary to disconnect hydraulic connections.
2. Remove the three rivets retaining the front disc brake rotor shield to the front wheel spindle by punching out the mandrel located in the center of the rivet. Using a chisel, cut off rivet at front wheel spindle and punch out rivet remaining in hole. Remove the front disc brake rotor shield.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the front disc brake rotor shield on the mounting bracket. Install the rivets using a heavy duty riveter. Do not attempt to bend or adjust the front disc brake rotor shield.
2. Install front disc brake rotor assembly and disc brake caliper.
