Quarter Window Glass: Service and Repair






REMOVAL
1. Remove interior moulding.
2. Remove nine nuts retaining quarter window glass to quarter panel. Remove quarter window glass from opening.
3. Remove all foam core butyl quarter window rear weatherstrip from sheet metal flange and from quarter window glass if quarter window glass is to be reused.

INSTALLATION
1. Apply foam core butyl service tape or quarter window rear weatherstrip to sealing surface on back side of quarter window glass.
2. Position quarter window glass to opening and install nine retaining nuts. Tighten to 4-6 Nm (36-53 Lb-In).
3. Install interior mouldings.
