EGR Backpressure Transducer: Service and Repair

EGR Backpressure Transducer:






REMOVAL and INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect EGR backpressure transducer hoses from EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.
2. Remove EGR backpressure transducer retaining bolts from throttle body.
3. Disconnect fuel charging wiring from EGR backpressure transducer and remove EGR backpressure transducer.
4. Remove EGR backpressure transducer hoses from EGR backpressure transducer, if necessary.
5. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten retaining bolts to 8-12 N-m (71-106 lb-in).
