Security Mode Operation

- The electronic door lock control processor also controls the panic mode functions.
- Upon activation of the panic mode by pressing the keyless entry remote transmitter PANIC button, the electronic door lock control processor sends a signal to activate the horn, (and hazard lamp relays) for approximately two minutes 45 seconds.
- The electronic door lock control processor cancels the alarm if the PANIC button is pressed again or if the ignition switch is turned to the RUN or START position.
