System Specifications

To determine if a differential is a standard type or a limited-slip type, check axle code listed on label on the door lock pillar. Standard Axle Codes -- consist of TWO NUMBERS. Limited-Slip Axle Codes -- consist of ONE LETTER and ONE NUMBER

Capacity (Refill)
Fill no higher than 1/4 inch to 9/16 inch below fill plug. Add 4oz Additive/Friction modifier C8AZ-19B546-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification EST-M2C118-A for Traction Lok(R) axles.
