Sending Unit, Water Temperature Indicator

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Partially drain the cooling system.

3. Disconnect the connector.
4. Remove the water temperature indicator sender unit.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
- Apply Ford Pipe Sealant with Teflon(TM) D8AZ-19551A or equivalent meeting Ford specifications WSK-M2G350-A2 and ESR-M18P7-A to the threads of the sender unit.
