Heated Glass Element Switch: Service and Repair






REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel finish panel.
3. Disengage the locking tabs on the RH side of heated back window switch and light by pushing the tabs in with a small screwdriver and pulling on the RH side of the heated back window switch and light.
4. Using a screwdriver, pry the LH side of the heated back window switch and light out of the instrument panel.
5. Pull the heated back window switch and light completely out of the opening and disconnect the connector. Remove heated back window switch and light from instrument panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Make sure the locking tabs on both sides of the heated back window switch and light snap in place.
