PARTS REQUIREMENTS
Under the "Low Volume Recall Program" (see Attachment IV), the repair parts for each vehicle will be direct shipped to your Parts Manager when the customer contacts the special 1-800 number.

For dealer stock units, call 1-800-248-0186 to order a replacement GEM.

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
