Alternator Brush: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
Remove the four screws (T20 TORX(R)-type head), attaching the Voltage Regulator (VR) to the generator rear housing and bearing. Remove the voltage regulator, with generator brush and terminal holder attached, from the generator rear housing and bearing.

INSTALLATION
Attach the voltage regulator and generator brush and terminal holder to the Generator (GEN) with attaching screws. Tighten to 2.3-3.4 N.m (20-30 Lb-In).
