Heated Glass Element Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove instrument panel lower center finish panel.
3. Unsnap the switch from the instrument panel.
4. Disconnect electrical connector from heater blower motor switch.
5. Remove the heater blower motor switch from the center trim panel by pushing on the switch from the connector side until the snap-in mounting clips release.

INSTALLATION
1. Feed the electrical connector through the switch mounting hole on the instrument panel lower center finish panel.
2. Install the electrical connector to the switch.
3. Install the switch to the instrument panel (snap-in).
4. Install instrument panel lower center finish panel.
5. Connect battery ground cable.
6. Check system operation.
