EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the
EGR valve vacuum hose.
2.
Disconnect the
EGR valve-to-exhaust manifold tube upper fitting.
3.
Remove the
EGR valve.

Remove the bolts.
2
Remove the (A)
EGR valve and the (B) EGR valve gasket. Discard the gasket.
INSTALLATION 1.
Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
NOTE: Install a new EGR valve gasket.
